1. Tranquil Master Plan
1.1. No house along the main road so the in-out traffic is thorough.
1.2. House layout is north-south aligned to maximize air flow and minimize sun heat.
1.3. Avoid intersection of roads to reduce chances of accident.
1.4. Common area is more than required by the laws.
1.5. Comfortably wide main entrance road with 2 lanes for the incoming and 2 lanes for the outgoing with embracing canals on both sides.
2. Double Security
Two levels of access control, one at the main entrance, the other at every phase’s entrance, each with man guards at post 24/7 and CCTVs at the main entrance.
3. Flood Protection System
A system of concrete dam, water pump, and power generator is put in place to operate automatically whenever the water comes above the set level.
